How to Update  Your Credit Card or Subscription Payment Information:

Occasionally, you will need to update your billing address, card expiration date, or credit card number.

Here’s how you update that information for your FMMG subscription payments.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click the My Account tab.
  3. Click the History subtab.
  4. Click More filters, select Subscriptions and agreements, and then click Subscriptions.
  5. Change the date back to the year the subscription was created, and then click Show.
  6. Click Details next to the subscription.
  7. Make any changes needed to your billing information.
  8. Click Update to update the information.

How to Renew Your Subscription:

  1. Click here to make payment.
  2. Once payment is processed, you will see the Fundraising MasterMind Group Registration webpage.
  3. In the yellow box, click the link for Existing Members
    NOTE
    : DO NOT fill in the New Member registration.
  4. Type in your existing username and password and click Login.
  5. You will now have access to your previous membership resources.

How to Cancel Your Subscription If You Paid With PayPal:

Canceling your subscription cancels all future scheduled payments to Ministry Funding Solutions for Fundraising MasterMind Group. A subscription can be canceled up to the day of the next scheduled payment.

Please note that once you cancel your membership subscription, you will no longer have access to any of the training resources.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click the My Account tab.
  3. Click the History subtab.
  4. Click More filters, select Subscriptions and agreements, and then click Subscriptions.
  5. Change the date back to the year the subscription was created, and then click Show.
  6. Click Details next to the subscription.
  7. Click Cancel Subscription.
  8. Confirm request by clicking the Cancel Subscription button on the next page as well.
  9. You will see confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled. Print the page for your records.
  10. You will also receive an email from PayPal confirming your canceled subscription.

How to Cancel Your Subscription If You Paid By Credit Card:

If you paid by credit card, you created a new PayPal account during the checkout process.  Your username is the email address you used and you chose your password during the checkout process.

Login to your PayPal account and follow the instructions above “How to Cancel Your Subscription If You Paid With PayPal.”
